Rick Bauer

Rick Bauer currently serves as General Manager – U.S. Division for Complete HealthVizion, Inc. In 2009, he founded and now manages the U.S. offices for a global medical communications company, McCann Complete Medical, based in the United Kingdom. Rick has successfully opened offices for Complete HealthVizion in Parsippany, NJ and Chicago, IL, with additional staff based in Indianapolis, IN.

Bauer’s major focus is partnering with pharmaceutical manufacturers in developing and implementing medical communication and publication strategy and plans. He has full profit and loss responsibility for all US operations at Complete HealthVizion, Inc. and is globally recognized for his business successes.

Rick has served as Executive Director of several 501(c)(3), non-profit organizations, including; The American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery, The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Society, The Cyanide Poisoning Treatment Coalition, The Center for Cardiovascular Education, and Strong Hearts - Caring for the Cancer Caregiver. In the capacity of Executive Director, Rick had full management and financial responsibility for each of these 501(C)(3) organizations.

Rick was co-founder and President of TriGenesis Communications, a full-service medical communications company based in Chatham, NJ. The company developed educational and marketing programs for pharmaceutical companies throughout the world and rapidly gained a reputation for excellence. TriGenesis grew to become a respected employer in New Jersey and Rick was recognized for his achievements by the New Jersey State Society at their Quadrennial Inaugural Gala held as part of the Inauguration of President George W. Bush in January 2001, Washington DC. In 2002, TriGenesis was acquired by MediMedia Health.
